喜讯 | Auslaw林汇铭律师入围ALPMA“2022年度最佳管理合伙人（25人律所）”大奖！

ALPMA (Australasian Legal Practice Management Association) is the peak body representing managers and lawyers with a legal practice management role, with the purpose to encourage and promote legal practice management skills and education within professional services firms across Australasia for public benefit.

ALPMA（Australasian Legal Practice Management Association，澳大拉西亚律师事务所管理协会）是澳大拉西亚代表律师事务所管理合伙人或管理层人士的最高机构。他们的目标是通过鼓励与促进澳大拉西亚律师事务所管理技能的教育来实现公共利益。

The annual ALPMA Awards highlights the outstanding achievement and service of allied legal professionals in management or leadership roles. A total of 42 nominees were considered for this year’s ALPMA Awards, out of which 17 Finalists were selected. Winners of this year’s ALPMA will be announced at the APLMA Summit Awards Dinner on Thursday 1 September 2022. 

一年一度的ALPMA奖照亮了法律界杰出领袖的成就与服务。ALPMA想通过这个奖项来促进法律社区管理人士的卓越服务。本年度ALPMA奖项一共有42位被提名的专业人士，其中一共17人入围决赛。最终获奖人将会在2022年9月1日在黄金海岸举行的ALPMA峰会上公布。

Individuals can nominate themselves, or another leader or manager within an Australasian law firm who deserve to be recognised for their exceptional leadership or management skills, and has demonstrated excellence and outstanding achievement in their role.

提名包括自主提名或为另一位在工作中表现出卓越和杰出成就，或管理技能受到广泛认可的澳大拉西亚律师事务所经理提名。

The nomination process is to provide a short summary of why you think the individual should be nominated. In order to fully demonstrate why the nominated individual has gone above and beyond in their role, the individual submission will be judged based on the following criteria:

提名程序是给被提名人员提供一个简短摘要，说明提名原因。为了充分说明为什么被提名人员的资历以及他们在工作上的超越，ALPMA会根据以下标准给提名进行评判：

• – Leadership and Vision – How has the individual shaped or delivered on their firm’s strategy, and what leadership qualities do they exhibit that set them apart.

• – 领导力与愿景 – 被提名人员是怎样给其公司谋略，并拥有哪些独特的领导素质。

• – Inspiration and Engagement – How does the individual inspire and empower others within their firm, embrace and support the firm values and display leadership qualities.

• – 灵感与参与 – 被提名人员是怎样给其公司员工动力和灵感、支持公司价值观、并显示领导素质。

• – Commitment and Delivery – How does the individual demonstrate commitment to their firm and their people; how does the leader demonstrate they ‘walk the walk’ with the firm’s values and deliver on goals.

• – 承诺与履行 – 被提名人员是怎样表现出对其公司和员工的承诺，并证明他们按照公司的价值观来实现目标。

• – Going Above and Beyond – What does the leader do that shows they go above and beyond what is expected from someone in their role.

• – 超出标准 – 被提名人员怎样表明他们超越完成了他们的工作。

• – Communication and Collaboration – How does the individual demonstrate a high level of communication and enable collaboration.

• – 沟通与协作 – 被提名人员是怎样展示高效的沟通与协作。

  

The Managing Partner of Auslaw Partners – Mr. Huiming Lin, was selected as a finalist for Practice Manger of the Year. The Practice Manager of the Year category recognises excellence and outstanding achievement of a Practice Manager at a firm of less than 25 staff. This award is presented to an outstanding leader who has made a real difference, in a strategic and operational sense, to their workplace in terms of impact and effectiveness, and is seen as a leader among their peers.
